Overview

Target Detection & Tracking in many different backgrounds, such as weak signal, strong clutter and complex electromagnetic environments, are always paid attention by researchers. Meanwhile, many countermeasures are also studied to prevent the sensors from detecting and tracking targets. Therefore, they are together propelling the development of the intelligent target detection & tracking and countermeasure. Here, we are aiming to discuss not only the advanced target detection & tracking theory under different complicated background, but also the countermeasures to promote the development of intelligent target detection & tracking. We invite high quality original research papers describing recent and expected challenges or discoveries along with potential intelligent target detection & tracking and countermeasure.

Overview

Radar is widely used to detect and distinguish aircraft, ships, spacecraft, guided missiles, motor vehicles, weather formations, and so on. With the rapid development of signal processing theories and technologies, the modern uses of radar are increasing diversified, including air-defense systems, antimissile systems, ocean surveillance systems, meteorological precipitation monitoring, ground/wall-penetrating surveillance systems, etc. In this workshop, we are aiming to discuss the recent advances in radar signal processing and auto target recognition, and exchange the latest ideas for future radar technologies, such as cognitive radar, intelligent radar, and so on.

Workshop On

Intelligent System and Analytical Methods on Marine Big Data

Overview:

 

Today, ocean exploitation and utilization is widely enhanced by marine sensing technologies, including in situ sampling on buoys, floats, underwater vehicles, integrated sensor networks, and observatories, as well as airborne and satellite remote sensing. However, how to intelligently sense the ocean environment and marine target activity still poses numerous challenges. Marine sensing requires, not only the ability to sense data timely and accurately from multiple dimensions of space, sea surface and deep sea, but also the intelligence to integrate the big data from different sensor systems to predict future environmental conditions, and support decision making. This workshop intends to cover big data architecture, intelligent system and platform, analytical methods, as well as new technology that may be applied to marine sensing problems. Through research on marine big data ecosystem, advanced data processing and analysis techniques, we wish to better understand and solve the challenging key problems in marine sensing and security applications.

This workshop aims to bring together members of the industrial and scientific communities, to share and exchange novel ideas in developing future marine sensing technologies and applications, and investigate new technologies for solving.
