Thanks for your contribution to 4th ChinaAI Conference. To be published in the ChinaAI Conference Proceedings by Springer, an author of each accepted paper is required to register for the conference and the paper must be presented. Please finish the registration procedure according to the following instructions within 5 working days after you receive the acceptance notification.

To do list:

Step 2: Pay the registration fee and provide the required invoice information.

Step 3: Sign the copyright transfer document and upload your camera-ready paper.

Step 2: Pay the registration fee and provide the required invoice information

The registration fee for ‘regular paper’ is $400(￥2800). The registration fee for ‘work in progress paper’ is $360(￥2500). For authors with multiple papers, the registration fee for each extra manuscript is $300(￥2100).

Each paper should be limited in 8 pages, each extra page may cost $100(￥700).

Please choose one of the following methods to pay the registration fee:

Step 3: Sign the copyright transfer document and upload your camera-ready paper

In page 1 and 2, please fill in all the shaded areas; In page 8, please fill in Corresponding authors’ handwriting signatures and the Date. Save the " ChinaAI Publishing Agreement" in pdf format and upload the document along with the source file (Word or LaTeX) and the pdf version of your paper via:
